Reg Barclay
After fusing his brain with the ships computer while stationed
aboard Enterprise
under Captain Picard, Reg is a pretty
bright guy. He has suffed from Transporter Phobia and Holo
Adiction and is pretty paranoid althouh he knows his science.
He played a key role in the Path Finder Project, set out
to contact Voyager,
and in the end it was his plan which finally managed to get
a data stream through into the Delta Quadrant.
